At TAYCON our primary business function is to make buildings more efficient and green. To do this, we:

• Design, Install, Program, and Service Automatic Control Systems. TAYCON provides these services primarily for heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. These systems apply microprocessor and software based technology to operate the HVAC and other systems, saving energy and money in the process.


• Provide Energy Audits. TAYCON provides energy audits to evaluate the existing efficiency of operations of the building power consuming systems. Based on our findings, savings on energy consumption can be exponential!


• Offer Continuous Commissioning Services. TAYCON provides continuous commissioning services by which we regularly re-evaluate the operations of the building and make changes to system sequences of operations in order to maximize system efficiency on an on-going basis.


• Make Buildings More ‘GREEN’. TAYCON decreases the negative environmental impact of your building by applying technology and proven energy and resource conservation techniques to reduce electrical, gas, water, and other resource waste.


• Consult With Building Owners. TAYCON also acts as a consultant to building owners to provide them with additional avenues for green solutions to various building ownership and operations problems.
